We understand that things change and unexpected things come up. So we have outlined a cancellation policy that will ensure your ability to cancel the project before we start. However, because most materials have to be purchased and equipment booked in advance, fees will be involved when a job/project gets canceled without enough notice.

The required notice of job cancellation for full deposit return less the administrative fee of $200.00 is 3 weeks' notice from the proposed start date.

The fee increases to 15-25%(depending on project size/scope) of the total job/project if cancellation is within 2 weeks of the proposed start date.

The fee increases to 30%-40%(depending on project size/scope) of the total job/project if cancellation is within 1 week from the proposed start date.

The fee increases to 50% of the total job/project if the cancellation is within 24 hours of the proposed start date.
